To Fulfill the New Command, We Must Love One Another According to God’s Word

Just as God loved us to the extent of enduring death on the cross,
we can fulfill the law within us by extending that same love to the world.
The members of the Church of God prioritize living by the commandment “Love one another,”
aiming for everyone, not just themselves, to receive the forgiveness of sins,
attain salvation, and enter the kingdom of heaven.

“A new command I give you: Love one another.
As I have loved you, so you must love one another.
By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another.”
John 13:34–35
